Terms of service

Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clamor, the website clamor.dev and its related services (the "Service"). Clamor is operated by Tommaso De Rossi, an individual based in Italy ("Clamor", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Clamor on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind that company, and "you" means the company.
Short version. Clamor writes and publishes posts to sites you control. You own your content and you decide what stays published. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. We do not guarantee rankings or traffic.

The Service

Clamor reads Google Search Console data for websites you connect, finds search queries where your site can get more traffic, writes or refreshes blog posts, and publishes them to your website, for example into your Framer CMS. It also reports the traffic those posts bring.
Clamor uses AI models to research and write content. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove a core feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use.
  • You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your billing and contact details up to date.
  • Tell us right away at tommy@clamor.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

Sites and connections you authorize

You may only connect websites, Search Console properties and Framer projects that you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting them, you authorize Clamor to read their data and to create, update and unpublish posts on them as described in the app. You can disconnect a site or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:
  • publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • create spam, doorway pages, scraped or deceptive content, or anything that violates the policies of Google or other search engines;
  • impersonate a person or company, or make false claims about products, prices or competitors;
  • access sites or accounts you are not authorized to use;
  • reverse engineer, overload, attack or bypass the security or usage limits of the Service;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
We may remove content, pause publishing or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and published posts

You own your content. This includes the information you give us about your business and the posts Clamor writes and publishes for your sites ("Customer Content"). As between you and us, you hold all rights in it, to the extent permitted by law.
You give us a limited license to host, process, adapt and publish Customer Content only to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for what is published on your site. Clamor publishes automatically by default, and AI-generated content can contain mistakes. You should review the posts on your site, and you can edit, unpublish or delete any post at any time. Make sure published content is accurate and complies with the laws and rules that apply to your business, such as advertising, consumer protection and regulated industry rules.
You confirm that the information and materials you provide do not infringe anyone's rights. You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Content you approve or keep published, or from your breach of these Terms.

Subscriptions, trials and payments

  • Plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
  • Free trial. Some plans start with a 7-day free trial that requires a valid card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged for the first billing period. During the trial, publishing limits may apply.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription. The new price applies from your next renewal.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause publishing or downgrade your account until it is paid.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing page or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Posts already published stay on your site.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email tommy@clamor.dev within 30 days of your first paid charge for a full refund of that charge. Other payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

EU consumers

Clamor is designed for businesses. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribe. By asking us to start the Service right away, you agree that if you withdraw you will pay for the part of the Service already provided.

Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services, including Google (sign-in and Search Console), Framer (your website and CMS), Stripe (payments) and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or how they treat your data. If a third party changes or limits its service, some Clamor features may stop working.
Clamor is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google or Framer.

Our intellectual property

Clamor, its software, design, brand and documentation belong to us and our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor under the GDPR, we do so only on your instructions and to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Search traffic depends on Google, AI search engines and many other factors we do not control. We do not guarantee rankings, clicks, traffic, revenue or any specific result, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, rankings or goodwill;
  • our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, do not pay, or if your use creates a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
When your account ends, Clamor stops publishing and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Posts already published remain on your website unless you remove them. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to solve the issue informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they apply.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service.
